Captain Nick Grahl of the Army Reserves

All of us at Square One would like to wish the best to Captain Nick Grahl as is currently deployed overseas with the Army Reserves. We are very proud of Nick’s service and are lucky to have him as a member of our team. We cannot thank him enough for what he, and many other men and women, do to protect our country.

Tesuque Hotel and Casino Breaks Ground

We are excited to announce that the construction of this state of the art casino is well under way in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The team broke ground on Tesuque Hotel and Casino in February 2018. The project will feature large open glass facades providing stunning views of the Sandia mountains. Located adjacent to the Santa Fe Opera house, Tesuque Hotel and Casino will provide another wonderful attraction for residents of Santa Fe, and draw visitors from across the country.

Project Update – Holdsworth Center

Square One is very excited to be working on the Holdsworth Center, a training and development center for for school district leaders across Texas. The 44 Acre site will utilize the best practices in strategic management to inspire and enlighten district principals and superintendents throughout Texas. The Lake Flato designed Center will encourage reflection, thought, and communication in a resort like setting, encouraging people to spend time outdoors. The center will also maintain a number of classrooms to accommodate educators at every level. Square One is excited to begin work on this project that will greatly benefit Texas students and educators alike. Check back for updates.

The Refuge





Description: Slated to open late 2017, The Refuge Ranch will provide long-term, holistic care in a pastoral and peaceful setting to girls 11-17 who have been rescued out of sex trafficking. The Ranch will provide on site schooling, a medical clinic, therapeutic programs that include equine, art, music and pet therapy, along with one on one counseling and group therapy with licensed professional therapists as a part of long-term, residential care. Square One is proud to have the opportunity to work on a project with such meaningful impact not only within Austin, but throughout the United States.

Casino Pauma





Phase 1 of the Casino Pauma expansion will focus on building a top notch casino with several enhanced food and beverage amenities included. These will include renovations of the casino floor, 250 seat buffet, full service restaurant and bar, specialty marketplace, food court, central bar, and lounge area. The layout of the new facility will maintain a string level of comfort and value appeal, while appealing to new and old segments of customers.

Isleta Casino





Description: Isleta Resort & Casino recently announced renovations to the existing casino, including and expanded and redesigned gaming floor, upgrades to the hotel and spa, a new food court and concert venue, as well as more retail space. Square One will be providing full service project management and owner’s representation on the project, utilizing extensive experience in the Hospitality and Gaming Construction to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget. Renovations are currently in the design phase.
