Project Description:

Primary Control Center, Warehouse and Vehicle Maintenance Facility: Addition of 36,600 SF $16 million new addition to its Rockwall campus that will house its main corporate operations including a 10,700 SF Control Center, 3,400 SF Training Room, and a 16,250 SF Warehouse and 6,300 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The Control Room will be compliant with NERC/CIP requirements and will be used to manage their bulk electric supply market. The Control Room will have a 30’ x 9’ state-of-the-art video wall with an array of 55-inch LCD/LED flat panel displays and a control system to provide situational awareness of their transmission system in a real time mode.
