The Square One team provided owner’s representative services for new 55,000 SF and 50,000 SF casinos located in Ponca and Skiatook, Oklahoma. Each includes a 30-45 room hotel, meeting rooms, swimming pool, numerous eating venues, sports bar, and the Skiatook also included a convenience store with a fueling and gas station.
