A high-rise condominium tower, 44 East Avenue is located in the Rainey Street district. Approximately 460,000 SF in total, there will also be a 3K SF space on the ground floor available for retail/dining space. There will also be a parking garage to contain 500 spaces. Another feature will be an upper-level outdoor amenity space and hanging garden on the lower-levels of the facades. The groundbreaking is planned for spring of 2020 and construction is scheduled for completion in fall of 2022.
