New Community Impact Center building for Junior League of Austin, uses include FIT, community room for use by non-profits and community activities. Square One provided overall consultation and management services for the Junior League all the way through the process of design, permitting and construction. We created RFP documents for the selection of the design team and general contractor.  Provided consultation through the design and permitting period and developed an overall project budget including all soft costs, hard costs, permitting fees, legal, furniture, moving, etc. We managed the design team and general contractor through construction and into the warranty period. Square One also assisted with the sale of the League’s Parkcrest property along with procurement and management of the financing aspect of the new building.
